Our unique facility is 76,000 square feet, 600 units, a 4 story brick/concrete building with hard wood tongue and groove flooring throughout.  We are conveniently located in down town Spokane, just off the 90 freeway on Division Street

All of units are 10 feet in height, allowing you, our valued tenant,  additional storage space over the prefab facilities.  8 Commercial loading docks, which will handle everything from a compact car to 18 wheel moving vans

Once on our docks we supply you with commercial quality flat carts, mattress carts, hand trucks and furniture dollies.  From there it is to your unit in 2500 LB capacity commercial freight elevator. Tenants always say it reminds them of a Movie made in New York! 

As said earlier this is a family run business and keeping with that our facility has Gone GREEN. We use energy efficient lights and timers throughout.

If you are looking for 24 hour access, I am sorry that our facility is not what you are looking for. To keep the HIGH STANDARDS of SECURITY for our tenants, access is only possible during our hours of operation.  

Security of your belongings is of the Highest Priority. There is one entrance and exit in our facility.  Directly in front of the manager desk, who is on duty when our doors are unlocked.
